ChunkeSolutions set out to create the No.1 trophy site. We adapted their original design they had for EngravedNow to keep a familiar business branding across all their sites, and started to build their site from scratch. We populated their site with over 8000 products using information and images from their suppliers.
Lots of major tweaks have been made within the software to give better user experience for both the owner and the browsers of their site, and finally, turn those browsers into customers.
We created and maintain successful Google Adwords, text message, email and direct mail campaigns, while having long term goals to improve search engine placement, to ultimately reduce their pay per click spending. Better Trophies now has 1st place positions for search terms like ‘Football Trophies’, and high positions for single keywords like ‘Trophies’.
Throughout the process, advice and guidance was given to ensure success in every area, to streamline new back office procedures and to help understand the mysteries of the web.
Taking over this existing site, we helped manage the change of products on a daily basis and created a new Adwords campaigns to boost traffic to the site. After increases to visitors to the site, we monitored user behaviour to iron out black spots and redesigned certain areas to increase conversion rates creating extra sales for the owner.
To tap into the Christmas market, we quickly created a gifts site that offered a clean a simple shopping experience to its users. With simplicity in mind, we ran several marketing campaigns online and offline to promote the site.
